Sciatica may be known by doctor’s but commoners are not made aware of what it is or what it can do if inflamed. When these nerve cells or tissues get enlarged or inflamed because of some external pressure being exerted on them they send out distress calls through towards the direction of the lower limbs that manifest themselves in throbbing pain in those regions. A patient may mistake it as a muscle pain but any amount of muscle relaxant shall not cure this particular pain as it is not associated with the muscles.
